Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Migration and implementation are included at no additional cost. You only start paying once your account is fully live.

What kind of ROI can we expect?

What is considered an active profile?

Maestra counts a profile as active only if, within the calendar month, the customer shows any activity or profile change. For example:

  • Placed an order
  • Visited your website or mobile app
  • Received any one‑off message or automated flow
  • Clicked an email
  • Had a profile field updated (e.g., loyalty status, preferences)

Anonymous visitors and contacts who meet none of these criteria remain inactive and are not included in your bill.

Will there be additional fees for email volume, database size, or multiple brands?

In most cases, no. Additional fees apply only in specific, high-volume scenarios:

  • Email volume: Extra fees only apply if monthly sends exceed 10x your active profile count
  • Data storage: Additional charges may apply for unusually large databases
  • Multiple brands: Managing more than three brands require a custom plan

How is pricing handled if we have multiple brands?

Maestra can support multiple brands under one account. You can run 1–2 brands with no additional fees. Starting with your 3rd brand, we charge $500/month per additional brand.
