How does Maestra’s pricing work?

Every plan starts with the Customer Data Platform, priced on your active profiles. Your first 100,000 active profiles are included in the CDP base price; above that it is a flat $0.013 per active profile.

From there you add only the channels and capabilities you need, such as email, SMS, onsite personalization, and loyalty, as flat monthly modules. Migration, implementation, and ongoing optimization by our team are included.

Do you require annual contracts?

No. Maestra offers flexible, month-to-month billing — no long-term commitments required.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Migration and implementation are included at no additional cost. You only start paying once your account is fully live.

What is considered an active profile?

A profile counts as active in a calendar month if any of these happen:

  • You send it a message (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push)
  • It visits your website or mobile app
  • It makes a purchase

Anonymous visitors and inactive profiles are not counted and are never billed.

Will there be additional fees for email volume, database size, or multiple brands?

No. Maestra does not meter your email volume or charge for the size of your database:

  • Unlimited email sends: no per-send or volume fees
  • No database pricing: storing more profiles never costs more
  • Multiple brands: available on a custom plan
What are additional services available?

Beyond the platform, its channel modules, and the included white-glove implementation, these optional add-on services are available:

  • Deliverability white-glove: dedicated sending IPs, DMARC and spoofing protection, and inbox-placement and reputation monitoring
  • A staging environment for safe testing
  • Additional brands under one account

Are tax fees included in your prices?

No. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Sales tax or VAT may be added based on your billing location.

How is pricing handled if we have multiple brands?

Maestra supports multiple brands under one account. Because setups vary, we build a custom plan based on how many brands you run and how you operate them. Talk to us and we will tailor it to you.

What if we have more than 1 million profiles?

At more than 1 million profiles, most brands pay less per profile, not more. We move to volume-based enterprise pricing, with multi-brand pricing, a dedicated implementation plan, and a tailored migration strategy. Talk to an expert for a custom proposal.
