The loyalty program was meant to bring customers back. But shoppers rarely saw it: points lived only on the account page.

How Jewellerybox Made Its Loyalty Program Impossible to Miss

Jewellerybox runs a tiered loyalty program with simple rules: every purchase earns points, and points turn into £5 or £10 off the next order.

The team keeps it that way on purpose: points mean nothing unless it’s clear what they buy, and no one wants to spend time figuring out a loyalty scheme.

Jewellerybox loyalty program rules: two rewards to redeem, £5 off and £10 off, so customers always know what they’re saving toward

When the program moved to Maestra, the team set a goal: get more customers actually using it. That meant making the reward visible at every step, on the site and in every key email.

Together with Maestra’s Forward Deployed Marketer, the team put the reward in front of every visitor who has points to spend:

The Corner Tab

The reward is always on screen: a small tab sits in the corner of every page, and one click expands it into a full popup. What it shows is segmented by balance, so customers see 'Use my £5' or 'Use my £10' depending on the points they’ve collected.

The Product Page Message

A short notification on product pages shows the available reward right where the purchase decision happens, alongside the product reviews.

On PDP, the reward message sits next to the reviews, so it catches the customer mid-decision

The Exit-Intent Popup

Customers about to leave with an unspent balance get one more reminder: you have £10 waiting. It shows only to point holders, so it reads as a personal nudge rather than a generic discount.

Key Emails

Jewellerybox runs 70 flows on Maestra, and loyalty is woven into the ones that matter most. Key flows such as Abandoned Cart and Browse Abandonment carry a points banner: a strip showing the customer’s available balance.

The Bottom Line

Jewellerybox made its loyalty program part of the shopping journey: reward reminders across the site, points balances in key emails. The share of buyers who redeem points is growing, and so is their share of revenue.
