When JOLYN switched to Maestra, the Customer Success Manager didn’t just migrate flows—they upgraded them. For example, they added dynamic product recommendations to email flows. Instead of every customer seeing the same static set of products, each email now features recommendations tailored to that individual’s browsing behavior.
With Klaviyo, if a customer browsed several items, the Abandoned Cart email would only show the last one. Now, with Maestra, customers see everything they looked at. Even if they open the email on a different device, the full cart is already loaded when they click through.
