SERVICES AND FEES, version 6

Fees

The total monthly Fees for Service is determined by the amount of the Deposit as adjusted by the actual usage of the following Services in excess of the including Basic Module, Communication Channel, Extensions, Additional Modules and Additional Services, each as set forth below.

The minimum monthly fee is $1,990

Basic Module

The Basic Module includes (i) unlimited accounts to access the Services with support chat access (“Accounts”), (ii) 225 million End Customer actions, and (iii) 500 million End Customer segment change facts, and 25 million orders.

The Fees for the Basic Module is calculated based on the maximum number of End Customers in the Customer’s database for each month during the term of this Agreement.

$1,481.05 for 150,000 End Customers plus $0.0039 per each End Customer starting with the 150,001 End Customer, provided that the aggregate amount shall be capped at $2,846.05
500,001 – 1,500,000
$2,846.05 for 500,000 End Customers plus $0.00184 per each End Customer starting from 500,001 End Customer, provided that the aggregate amount shall be capped at $4,686.05
1,500,001 and more
Customer shall not have more than 1,500,000 End Customers unless otherwise authorized by Provider in writing. The rates shall be mutually agreed by the Parties.
