to the MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
Maestra Service Rates (version 6.1)
This ANNEX to Agreement (hereinafter, Annex I") is made and entered into ... day of ..., ... between the Parties. Annex I determines the applicable Maestra Service Rates. Annex I shall constitute an integral part of the Agreement and continues to be in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Agreement.
The Maestra Service Rates are laid out as follows:
The total cost of the Subscription to Maestra Service for the Accounting period is determined as the cost of the Basic Module, Communication channel, Extensions, Additional Modules and Additional Services.
The Contractor provides a Manager and a Lead Manager, provided that the Total cost of the Subscription to Maestra Service is at least 2000 USD, excluding all sales and/or use taxes (except for an incomplete Accounting period).
If the cost of the Subscription to Maestra Service is less than indicated above, the Contractor does not provide a Manager and a Lead Manager to the Customer.
Basic module fare
Online access to the Maestra Service through a browser and an interface for automated interaction with other programs (API), import and export of data, segmentation, automated campaigns, reports, initial setup of the Maestra Service, training and assistance in setting up automatic campaigns, round-the-clock monitoring of the Maestra Service’s functionality, as well as technical support for the operation of the Maestra Service are available from 10 am to 17 pm New York time on business days.
The possibility of using additional security settings: setting up custom security groups, logging user actions in the Maestra Service, IP restricting, customer data masking, restricting access for the Contractor’s employees.
The cost of the Basic module includes 225 million Client actions, 500 million Client segment change facts, and 25 million orders.
The cost of the Basic Module is calculated based on the maximum number of Clients in the Customer’s database for the Accounting Period.
All rates are indicated excluding all sales and/or use taxes.
