Here is how the automated bulk campaigns work now:
  • Daily campaigns feature unique offers for each day of the week
  • Blog articles are automatically sent out monthly
  • Each campaign takes into account a customer’s behavior: whether they opened the last emails, made a recent purchase, viewed certain products, etc. For instance, those who don’t open emails are placed in temporary quarantine
  • Each campaign has several variations of subjects, preheaders, and text. Hence, even if a customer receives the campaign multiple times, it looks slightly different each time
  • Each email contains unique banners and promos
  • Each customer sees relevant product recommendations. For example, prescription glasses instead of regular sunglasses
  • If a customer has their unique promo code, it is also included in the email
